Today I direct a company acclaimed by many (and even some of our peers) to be the best in the industry. We are not perfect; we have even failed to meet expectations at times. But there is something about us that is very much predicated on the old TV show – in a word, “truth.” Truth is something people can accept and deal with even when it is not good news. So we will always tell you the truth as we know it. But there is another thing or two as well.
