2015 Floral Industry Trends
Beth commented, “The floral industry is seeing a surge in new products that are driven by color, texture and dimension, from vessels to fresh products. Many 2015 floral trends are all about large focal flowers, textured greens, mixed metallics and geometric patterns and prints. This year many brides will carry the newly revamped over-sized bridal bouquets. This look carries over to other arrangements from centerpieces and altar arrangements with an unstructured, gathered and earthy feel. Tones of muted berry, champagne and the Pantone “Color of the Year” Marsala will be popular color pairings.”
“In addition, ombré designs that blend graduated tones of color from light to dark create interesting designs and displays. Solid flower statements are seen in flower walls and backdrops. Also, suspended and hanging arrangements that hover above head tables with an elevated importance are popular.”
