Our new Burlap Stripes ribbon pairs so beautifully with gift wrap, it was difficult to settle on just a few combinations for this blog.
This woven ribbon is made of soft fabric so it won’t shed itchy fibers. It has a natural kraft-colored background with either black or ivory stripes, and its pliable texture makes it easy to create wonderful bows. It’s completely neutral, so it looks great with solids and prints, earthtones and bright colors.
I love contrasting it with the sweet pinks of our Chalkboard Flowers wrap or the polish of our Aqua Recycled Gloss wrap. And it’s a match made in heaven with kraft – see it here on our Lace Borders and Bird Branch wraps (above left). It also gives our kraft Leopard Safari kraft wrap a little extra polish.
