My daughter is getting married this November and I have been trying to think of something unique for us to give as wedding favors. Daylillies have always been a part of my family’s heritage and I currently have over a thousand daylillies. I had an idea of giving each guests a daylily scape. I thought about using your cello bags to put each one in and maybe tie with raffia ribbon. The problem is we are expecting around 400 guests so that will be a lot of daylillies. I need to come up with something within my budget and I thought the Jewel Swirl Frosted Gold bags would be a good idea. Just wanted to ask if you have any other suggestions?
Hi Patti! Daylilies as wedding favors sound lovely! You might also consider the clear cone-shaped cello bags. The small size bags are 5 cents each. They’d be lovely with raffia ribbon, or even with a pre-tied bow (that would make things easier for you).
