Oversized Images, Up-charges and Two-Color HOT STAMP Printing
- For printing plate or foil color changes during an order add $40 per change.
- Some premium foil colors may incur up-charges.
- Printing images which are over 50 sq. in. incurs an up-charge of $3.50 per sq. in. per 1000 impressions. For example, an image that is 10 sq. in. over standard will cost an extra $35 per 1000 to print.
- Printing two colors doubles the print charge and is subject to restriction due to registration.
Art & Plates on First-Time Orders/HOT STAMP
There is a one-time plate cost for hot-stamped orders of $95 for designs up to 25 sq. in., or $125 for designs up to 50 sq. in. Over 50 sq. in. add $1.10 for each additional sq. in. Price includes normal typesetting, scanning, pre-press work and proofing. We will be glad to discuss large quantities, large coverage or unusual artwork - just give us a call!

Nashville Wraps has a huge inventory of in-stock paper bags that look great when printed. Printing your packaging with your logo creates brand awareness, and we do that in our in-house printing facility.
Hot-Stamp printing is a manual, time-consuming, one-bag-at-a-time process which requires skilled operators, but the results are stunning!
New orders can take up to 6 weeks or more for delivery, so please plan accordingly. Allow 2-3 weeks for art preparation, proofing and plate-making for new (or changed) orders.
Our normal production lead time of about 3 weeks begins when we receive either approval or your reorder with plates/dies already on file, or new plates on new orders. Allow additional time for shipping. Production lead times are likely to increase during peak seasons. Just call us to find out our current lead times.
