INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This Policy applies to all of the information collected about you by us or on our behalf or submitted by you through the Services. The information that we collect about you may include the pages you visit, the services or features in which you elect to participate, and the manner in which you interact with us across all channels.
Personal Information
When you access or use the Services, Nashville Wraps may ask you to provide certain personal information. As used in this Policy, “personal information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or can reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular identified or identifiable individual or household. Personal information does not include de-identified information (including, for example, information that is aggregated and no longer identifies individuals). All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
We and our service providers may collect personal information from you and any devices (including mobile devices) that you use when you: order products (whether through a web form, in person, over the telephone, by mail, or through other means), create or manage an account, make requests, register to receive marketing and other materials from us, express interest in receiving information about us and our services, submit feedback to us, view, navigate, or otherwise engage with the Services, or correspond with us (whether through digital or other means).
We may collect information from you both when you provide it voluntarily and also automatically (for example, through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies) when you access or use the Site or other digital Services. We also may collect information from other sources, as described further in How We Collect Information below.

On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a product on behalf of another business or recipient and want it sent directly to that recipient, you will need to submit that recipient’s information. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected may include (but are not limited to):
Recipient’s name;
Recipient’s address; and

To the extent that you provide or transmit personal information that identifies any other individual (including, without limitation, name, address, and/or telephone number) to us, our affiliates, or our third-party vendors, suppliers, or business partners through the Sites, you warrant that: (i) you are providing or obtaining only your own information or the information of others which you are authorized to provide to third parties and/or obtain from third parties on their behalf; and (ii) the use of such information by us and our affiliates, vendors, suppliers, or business partners will not infringe upon, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property, proprietary, or other rights of any third parties.

We may also collect “non-personal information,” which is information that does not identify or relate to an individual or household, or that may be obtained by removing all identifiers from personal information (for example, by anonymizing data). If we connect or combine non-personal information with personal information, we will treat such combined information as personal information.

Cookies
Cookies are small data files created by a website and stored on your device in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference, login information or items in your cart.
Pixels Tags
Pages on our Site may contain small electronic files known as pixel tags (also referred to as clear gifs, web beacons, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity). We may use this information to improve our Site or develop new products or services.
Third-Party Cookies and Tracking Technologies
In addition to performing our own analytics and providing content on the Site and elsewhere online, we may work with third parties and other vendors who provide us with information and services relating to our advertising and analytics. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Site, are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with pixel tags or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Site. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information, or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
Cookies and other tracking technologies may retain information about your purchase selections. This information may be combined with your personal information (such as demographic and past purchase information) from our records and other sources. Such information about your use of the Site will become part of your profile as maintained by Nashville Wraps. If you would prefer not to receive cookies, you can opt out as further described in Your Rights and Choices Regarding Your Information below.

We may use the information you provide about yourself or others for the following purposes:

Administration of the Site. We may use your personal information to repair any errors in the Site and provide access to, maintain, personalize, or improve the Site, its contents, and our products or services.
Fraud and security. We may use your personal information to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, illegal activity, and technical and security issues, and to maintain the safety, integrity, and security of the Site and our technology assets.

We may use your personal information to understand how you access and use our Site, analyze activity to ensure technical functionality of the Site, and monitor and analyze your use of our Site, including your interactions with features and information made available, linked to, or offered through our Site.
Advertising and marketing. We may use your personal information to send you marketing or promotional communications, measure and improve marketing effectiveness, and deliver advertising and other content to you using cookies or similar technologies, including targeted advertisements.
With your consent. In some cases, we may specifically ask for your consent to collect, use, or share your personal information, such as when required by law.
Other purposes. We may use your personal information for any other business purposes as determined to be useful, for which we may provide notice at the time of collection.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not transfer your information to third parties in exchange for money. However, we may share your personal information with certain service providers (including IT and hosting service providers), contractors, business and logistical partners, and other third parties whom we engage in order to operate our business and perform services on or through the Services (for example, to market our products and services, including to personalize advertising that is targeted to you).
In addition, we may from time to time contract with third parties to assist us in collecting, maintaining, and managing our customer information, taking and fulfilling orders, processing credit card information, and providing analytics regarding your interactions with our Site and other third-party websites so that we may improve the products and services we offer you.
We also may use data analytics service providers. For example, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc., to gather information about how you and other users engage with the Site. For more information about Google Analytics, please visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law. We may disclose your information to corporate affiliates or, if we are subject to a merger or acquisition with/by another organization, your information may be transferred to such company upon completion of the transaction.
We may disclose your information if we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the applicable law or with legal process, including valid, legally enforceable requests from public authorities; (b) protect and defend our or your rights and property; (c) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Services, or detect, prevent, and otherwise address fraud and security or technical issues; (d) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public; or (e) achieve another legitimate purpose. Please note we may not provide you with notice prior to disclosure in such cases.
We may disclose non-personal information to third parties at our discretion. Also, we may share aggregated and de-identified information with our business and logistical partners, service providers, and other persons with whom we conduct business so that they can understand how and how often people use our Services, which facilitates our improving the Services and the features and content available to you, or for other business purposes.
We also may disclose your information to those third parties to whom you expressly request such disclosure.
HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We may store your personal information in accordance with our retention policies for as long as needed for the purposes for which we use it, including, for example, processing transactions and maintaining customer accounts. We also may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations and policies (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Additionally, we may continue to store your personal information contained in our standard back-ups and archives.
DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of your personal information, including physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect. However, no method of electronic storage or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We therefore cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or through the Services.
ANY TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE RISKS. AS A RESULT, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU DISCLOSE OR TRANSMIT TO US OR THAT IS OTHERWISE PROVIDED TO US, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR INADVERTENT DISCLOSURE OF SUCH INFORMATION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SAFEGUARD ANY PASSWORDS, ID NUMBERS, OR OTHER SPECIAL ACCESS FEATURES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not created for anyone under the age of 13 years of age. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from those we actually know are under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services is targeted at or structured to attract anyone under 13 years of age.
If you are a parent or guardian, and if you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us through one of the methods listed under How to Contact Us below. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 13 years of age without verification or parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to remove that information from our servers.

The signal will apply to the specific browser or device from which the signal is sent. To implement GPC, you may download a browser or extension that supports the signal. For more information about GPC, visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want your online browsing activities to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the preferences or settings page of your specific web browser. However, these features are not yet uniform, so we do not currently respond to such features or signals.
